creating my business card.

i have just made a business card in connection with my website so people know and understand what I'm all about, i designed it on inscape using various tool and have mad it to a  professional standard by following my theme and colour schemes i am very proud of the out come.

Overall look.

I love the overall result of my website i think it looks good works well and it is to a W3C standard.
the colours of my website work with the colours of the dub step logo and i tried to keep that ongoing through out the website, my videos work and make the webpage look grate especially that they work, the buttons look great and the also work to external webpages. This took a lot of my time and effort to complete to this standard and I'm very happy to call it my own :)

Testing.

to test my website i need to be W3C standard, which is a certificate to show that you website in working well and properly for public use i ran this test and i now know that my website is fully certified.
When i first tested my website i had 20 errors then i looked at where i went wrong i corrected then got it down to 17 then i went back to see what other errors i had and the problem lied with the images, the coding was wrong they didn't have a metatag so i when back onto dreamweaver and gave all my images a metatag is basically a name for the image which is in the coding of your website. Those were the errors and i fixed them to make my website faster more usable and better overall.

Software use.

In the making of my website i use a lot of programs to help me along the way.

• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Dreamweaver   

these are the programs that help me achieve getting my website up and running to a decent standard in which people can use efficiently. 


Photoshop helped me design my banner, buttons and footer also to plan and design the look of my website.


Illustrator help me create and design a vector logo and a range of  ideas for my logo, and finally coming up with an end result to use for my website.

Dreamweaver allowed me to design my website to what it is now using tables / wireframes to ensure my website looked and had the feel of a normal working website.

Use of style sheets.

A type of template file consisting of font and layout settings to give a standardized look to certain documents.
Within my website i have use a large amount of style sheets such as hyperlinks/buttons, CSS text, Images. The result of this is an overall better looking professional website. When you include style sheets it makes your website look a lot better and the look and overall efficiency will make people stay on your website but also re-visit it at a later date because i looks good and works well.

How successful is my website.

I think my website has made a grate start to new media course, i am very happy with the way everyone has came along with the whole experience of designing my website, from planning to getting it live on the web. Once i start broadcasting it and telling people about it i think it could be a really big hit upon friend. Im really happy with the design of my website and with a lot of hard work I've got it up to a professional standard. The colours i have use fit in with the dubstep theme. Also everything is working on my site including hyperlinks/buttons and videos. 

This is my completed website
