There are a lot of techniques used to help communicate ideas effectively

• Diagrams
• Social Network
• Meetings
• Bullets Points
• Basic Instruction  

1.3 - Describe how to give and receive constructive feedback.


When someone has worked well and had a lot of input, done work correctly, efficently and up to standard whilst working in a group/team it is good to give fellow team members feedback on ideas and performance on the project it boosts moral and keeps them in high spirit of future projects.  


1.4 - Describe methods used to communicate technical and specialist issues within and across teams.


A good way to communicate technical/specialist issues across team members is to sit down a physically show them how to do a certain aspect of work like a practical. if there is any problems after all that is needed is to re-jog their memories or even use a step by step guide.
